Providing Hospice Care to Terminally Ill Patients

LifeGuard Hospice Care, Inc. provides compassionate end-of-life hospice care to terminally ill patients from the ages of 18-100+ who have less than 6 months to live per doctor’s certification.

Our hospice care provides comfort during this most challenging time in life, providing dignity to our patient and compassion, support, and empathy to those faced with losing their loved one.

When Hospice is Required

Hospice focuses on quality of life and not treatment or cure. LifeGuard Hospice Care, Inc. providers alleviate physical, emotional, spiritual and social discomforts during end-of-life stages and will continue tending toward our patients as long as they remain eligible under a doctor’s care. We administer medications, treat symptoms, offer day-to-day care, provide medical equipment, and offer bereavement counseling throughout our patient’s journey with respect to their final wishes.

Once a referring physician or other licensed practitioner refers a patient for hospice care, our hospice personnel will assess the patient’s eligibility for services based upon the patient’s condition or the physician’s orders within 24 hours.
